    Champion Restoration continues to put the needs of their customers first. We received this heart-warming story from one of our customers a short while ago. We loved it so much we thought we'd share it with all of our readers.

    Dear Champion Restoration,
     
    I am writing this in reference to a flood at my home in Katy. We had a flash flood from a storm on April 26, 2009. Because I am from Canada I had no idea who to call to assist my brother (who is wheelchair bound and who had just lost his partner of 43 years as a result of a blood clot) about the flooding in the house. I called two other companies who (fortunately for me) said they would get back to us within 3 to 5 days.

    Then, I called Champion Restoration and guess what? You are champions! I spoke with you, you said you would be out to assess the damage "within 2 hours" and you kept your word. I was absolutely amazed at how you took charge, knew exactly what needed to be done, arranged for what must have been 30 fan and dehumidifiers to be placed in the house, told me not to worry, you would make everything right again. I cried.
     
    Within a two 2 week period, you and your crew went from working with a house that was probably close to being on a condemn list to an absolutely beautiful house that we put up for sale and had an offer within 4 days!
     
    Each time I spoke with you, I knew in my heart that you and your crew would do what you said you would do and that it would be done right! You kept within the budget amount and even went to far as to tell me that you needed to knock of $75.00 because of a small job that you thought you needed to do but found out it wasn't necessary. My world, if that isn't honesty, I do not know what is.
     
    You and your crew were the most professional I have ever dealt with. You were efficient, listened to my problems with the house, suggested things that turned out to be absolutely correct and I thank you so much for that.

    You and your crew even went out of your way to help by bringing over a car hard top on your own time and did not charge for this.  You and Champion Restoration are one of a kind and should you need anything by way of thanks, please do not hesitate to contact me because you can be sure that when I am in need again, I will certainly be contacting you!
