When the administration at West Houston Charter School arrived at 7 a.m. one morning, they found two inches of water flowing through their halls. The janitorial service accidentally left a mop sink running all night.
When we received the call, we were quickly onsite providing quality services. We were aware that West Houston Charter School was experiencing financial difficulties during this particular time. Without any request being made by the administration or staff—we provided all our services at a discount.
While servicing this client, our team was able to interact with and provide real-life science demonstrations to the students and faculty. Every time we monitored the equipment, took readings on the moisture levels and digital readings on the rate of evaporation (once every 24 hours) became a time to show real science in action. It was a hit!
